Mary & Robbie's Engagement Session

Mary and Robbie ordered up a sunny warm early May day for their engagement session. We found lots of fun spots in Denver's Washington Park for some fun and romantic photos. Megan and I are looking forward to their ceremony in July at Good Shepherd Church and Reception at the Westin Tabor Center.  Its been a cool and rainy month since then, and we are looking forward to another warm sunny day

Diana & Tim's Engagement Session

It was a warm and sunny day in May when we met Diana and Tim at City Park in Denver.  We found a quiet spot near the Museum of Nature and Science under some beautiful clouds.  As you can see from the expressions on their faces, they relaxed quickly and just enjoyed each other as we took a stroll around. We're looking forward to their wedding in mid June at Good Shepherd Church with the reception at Grant-Humphreys Mansion. You can view their highlights music video

Tessa Downtown

We forgot about all the St. Patrick's Day festivities in downtown Denver when we scheduled Tessa's senior portrait session. It took over an hour to drive a few miles into the downtown area but the overcast sky worked perfectly to create beautiful soft lighting for her portraits with a little help from our small supplemental lights. We also photographed senior portraits for Tessa's sister Sarah several years ago. Tessa's high school allows senior to design a full page in the yearbook so Tessa and Sarah now get to choose their favorite photos and start designing. We wish them luck!

Marissa & Jason

Marissa and Jason's wedding will be in September at the Tapestry House near Fort Collins. Since they live in Denver we chose downtown Denver for their engagement photos. It happened to be cloudy with a light drizzle for our session but we found some great locations and got some great photos near Union Station. That pretty much guarantees nice weather for their wedding doesn't it?

The Day Through the Lens

Wow what a fun day, Amanda and Kurt had their wedding and reception on the campus of the University of Denver. This is a neat location because they have a program in hotel management. The whole building was created around training students to be leaders in the event industry. We found lots of fun spots around campus and in the building to take pictures of the couple. Amanda and Kurt loved the idea of candid pictures and that was what we spent time getting. Here are some of those candid moments that were happening, It really is fun to catch people in action.
